Four-day week (Mon–Thu, 9–5)

At Hansford Bell, we help clients plan their life and their money, in that order, building financial plans around the lives they want to live, not just their numbers. Lifestyle Financial Planning is at the heart of everything we do. We’re independent, Chartered and ambitious about the impact good advice can have, and we’re looking for someone who loves looking after people to join our team.

This isn’t a back-room processing job. You’ll be a familiar, trusted point of contact for our clients, working alongside our advisers to make sure every client feels known, looked after and kept in the loop.

What your day looks like

• Building lasting relationships with a group of clients as their go-to contact
• Guiding new clients through a smooth, personal onboarding experience
• Preparing for and coordinating client reviews so every meeting adds real value
• Keeping our advisers organised, prepared and one step ahead
• Managing the admin that keeps plans on track, from platform instructions to provider liaison

How we work
We run a modern, centralised investment proposition, backed by an AI-assisted, fully digital operating system. That means less time chasing paperwork and more time on the part that matters: our clients.

What we’re offering

• £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience
• Four-day week, Monday to Thursday, 9–5, with one Friday in seven covering the phones
• Five weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off, on top of a Christmas shutdown of around 10 days (23 December to the New Year)
• Wellbeing benefit worth up to £600 a year
• Funded study towards CII qualifications, and real room to grow with the business
• Based in our Tavistock office, with hybrid working available after probation

You’ll bring experience in financial planning administration, a warm and confident manner with clients, and a sharp eye for detail.
