This week is the finals for the Royal Navy National Field Gun Competition. This will be held at HMS Collingwood near Portsmouth and we were there supporting our sponsored team, HMS Raleigh.

While many teams get months of training and time to practice, HMS Raleigh’s team can only be put together a couple of weeks before the event as many of the team members are new entrants into the Royal Navy. However, on the day they still managed to come second in the Soapy Watson Trophy, waiting to put in their best time on the last run of the day! Well done team.

HMS Raleigh also invited us in to watch a team demonstration and to say thank you for our ongoing sponsorship.
