Rich lives on Bodmin Moor with his wife and three teenagers. Away from work, he enjoys being outside, especially by the sea, on the beach, or surfing. He also likes walking, running, the gym, music, film, a cosy pub, a Guinness, and a proper pasty.

At Glastonbury Festival with my friends and family.

Who would be at your dream dinner party?

Kurt Cobain, Jürgen Klopp, and Charlize Theron.

What activity would you win an Olympic medal in?

Middle-aged breakdancing. It may not be elegant, but it would be memorable.

What was your proudest moment as an IFA?

Opening and promoting a new office in Cornwall in a previous role.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Meeting new people, dealing with more complex financial positions, and turning something small into something more valuable.
