  • AdvDipIP - Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning

    This qualification enables professional advisers to develop specialist planning capabilities, covering topics such as personal tax and trust, business financial, pension and investment planning.

  • RegDipFP - Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning

    This qualification assesses knowledge and understanding of financial services, regulation and ethics, investment principles, risk, personal taxation, pensions, protection, and financial planning practice.

  • Cert CII (MP) - Certificate in Mortgage Advice

    The Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice meets the FCA’s qualification requirements for mortgage advisers. It develops an understanding of the sector and the mortgage process, enabling advisers to meet individual client needs.

  • R07 - Advanced Mortgage Advice

    Advanced Mortgage Advice (R07) develops knowledge and understanding of the key elements of the mortgage process, specialist types of mortgage lending and to test candidates' ability to give appropriate mortgage advice to clients with complex needs and circumstances.

  • Certificate in Pension Transfer Advice

    This Level 4 Certificate develops the knowledge and practical skills needed to advise on the transfer of safeguarded benefits.

Originally from Essex, Ross moved to Cornwall aged 10 and now proudly considers himself Cornish, despite living in Devon. Here he enjoys golf, live sport, family walks with his cocker spaniel, Molly, Mediterranean food, and frequently checking planes on Flightradar24, which he admits has become something of an obsession.

On an ideal weekend, where can we find you?

Playing golf or walking Molly on Dartmoor or the beach with my family.

Who would be at your dream dinner party?

Bob Mortimer, Sir Alex Ferguson, and Rory McIlroy.

What activity would you win an Olympic medal in?

Zip, the LinkedIn game. A niche sport, but I would back myself.

What was your proudest moment as an IFA?

Achieving Chartered status before 30 and becoming a director were huge moments, but showing someone they could retire earlier than they thought was hard to beat.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Giving clients clarity instead of confusion, helping build a better business, and having the flexibility to make a real difference.

Who do you most enjoy working with?

Business owners, senior professionals, and families who want clear, ongoing advice, a proper plan, and someone to organise the moving parts.
