James supports Ross, helping to keep client cases moving smoothly. His role includes preparing documents, gathering information, organising meetings, updating client records, processing applications and withdrawals, and following up with providers, helping advisers focus on planning while clients remain supported throughout the process.

After hours

James enjoys playing golf, walking his dog, cooking for his family, and catching up with friends over a pint. He also likes Plymouth Argyle, horse racing, music, a fresh haircut, new aftershave, and spending time by the coast.

On an ideal weekend, where can we find you?

On the golf course, ideally followed by a pint with friends.

Who would be at your dream dinner party?

Steven Gerrard, Jack Nicklaus, and Christopher Lee.

What activity would you win an Olympic medal in?

Cooking, preferably something better than mushrooms, which are firmly off the menu.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Greece.

What three qualities draw you to new people?

Friendliness, humour, and being outgoing.

What is your pet peeve?

People talking while they eat.
